The Full Fry gets the loudest praise (black and white pudding, soda and potato bread, the lot), and the porridge with fruit and honey is a reliable win for smaller appetites. Poached eggs with smoked salmon on crisp sourdough, the steak sandwich, and the chicken and mushroom pasta all get warm words. Portions are generous and around £18 fed two.
