Cafés · Salisbury
Handy if you're heading to or from Stonehenge — it's five minutes down the road — and the free parking out front means you're not wrestling a pram across a car park first. It doesn't look like much from outside, but inside it's a proper family-run English café: clean, tidy, and run by a small team who genuinely don't seem to mind children. One family mentions their kids being handed lollies at the till. Portions are big and hot, food arrives quickly, and the classics are what people come back for — full breakfasts, omelettes, sausage egg and chips, decent tea. Two can eat for under £20. There are high chairs, a kids' menu and buggy access, plus outside seating. It does get busy, and a few visitors have had a cooked breakfast turn up lukewarm.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
