Staff are quick to seat you and take drink orders even when it's busy, and they're good about adapting dishes — gluten-free and no-sauce versions get sorted without fuss. The Sunday roast lamb and the seafood chowder draw the most praise, the onion rings are enormous and properly crisp, and the sticky toffee pudding is homemade. Worth knowing: it fills up fast after the falls, and at around £22 a main not every plate lands.
