Families rate the pani puri, served with two flavoured waters, coriander-mint and tamarind, and the samosa chaat; the baingan bharta comes properly smoky, the aloo palak gentle enough for younger palates, and the mango lassi arrives scattered with rose petals. Mocktails keep children happy. High chairs and a kids' menu are available, and the staff are warm and unhurried — one visitor found the manager sat down for a proper chat afterwards. The room is calm and pretty, with a green wall, and mid-afternoon between four and five is noticeably quiet if you'd rather not compete with a busy dining room. Do note several dishes carry a real chilli kick.
