A family-run Turkish and Greek kitchen where the welcome does a lot of the work — the owners and staff are attentive without hovering, patient with menu questions, and quick to move you to a better table if one frees up. It's cosy rather than cavernous, so it suits a pram at a quieter hour; there are high chairs, buggy access and a kids' menu, and buggies are easier midweek than on a busy weekend evening. Food is the draw: the kleftico and the mixed grill get named again and again, ingredients come over from Greece, and the steaks are cooked properly. Worth knowing that starter portions can be small — the tzatziki especially — so order accordingly. Handy for a pre-show meal too, with 10% off if you show a St George's ticket.
