Food arrives fast and hot, which matters when someone's patience is running out, and there are high chairs and a kids' menu. The lasagne al forno draws the most love (generous, high-quality meat, "still thinking about it two days later" for one parent), alongside hand-stretched pizzas, a well-made carbonara and a specials board of fresh fish — swordfish, monkfish, clams. Sautéed potatoes are perfectly salted; the garlic bread with tomato sauce is basically a meal on its own. It's a touch pricier than the average neighbourhood Italian, and worth booking at weekends.
