The dhal puri flatbreads and crispy taro fritters are the easy wins with children; chicken curry with rice and rotis to mop up is the proper family order. Be warned the house chilli paste has a serious kick, so keep it away from little hands. It isn't cheap for what it is — around £20–£30 a head — and the odd dish arrives chewier than it should, but the welcome is the real draw.
