Nando's Bristol - Cabot Circus
Roomy, buggy-friendly Nando's in Cabot Circus with quick service, high chairs, vegan options and reliably good chicken — busy at lunchtime.

Hamburger · Bristol
Handy for a Cabot Circus break when everyone's flagging — the room is roomy enough for a pram, laid out with an 80s-diner feel in red and white, right down to a retro jukebox, and there are articles on the walls to keep older kids reading while you wait. Staff are quick and patient about explaining how the ordering works, high chairs are there, and there's outdoor seating plus a kids' menu. Fries come in genuinely enormous portions — a "little" easily feeds two children — and the Cajun seasoning can be served on the side, which is a small mercy with fussy eaters. The thick milkshakes are what regulars rave about. Be warned on price: around £6 for a shake adds up fast, food is on the salty side, and it isn't halal.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
