Noodle soups hover around £6.50, and the stir-fries are where it shines — the peppercorn chicken gets rhapsodised about. Warm, quiet, cosy; the owners genuinely welcome people, and one regular says eating there feels like being at their parents' place. High chairs and a kids' menu are there. The chilli heat and the salt levels are real, so order carefully for younger palates, or get it as takeaway.
