Restaurants · Sheffield
A Mediterranean spot in the city centre with paella, kebabs, Moroccan lamb and pizzas — enough variety that most children will find something, and there's a kids' menu plus a proper gluten-free list if anyone's avoiding things. Vegetarians do fine; strict vegans have less to pick from, though the vegetable paella gets warm praise. Worth knowing the tables run small, so a full round of kebabs gets tight for space — the staff will happily whisk the skewers away to free up room, and they're patient when an order goes wrong. Buggy access is fine and parking is free, which takes the sting out of a city-centre lunch. Service can drag at the paying-and-dessert end, so don't arrive with a hungry toddler on a tight clock. The puddings are the reason to stay: triple chocolate brownie, pistachio Eton mess, tiny crème brûlées.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
