Sheffield's old cutlery factory now houses a food hall where everyone picks their own thing — pizza from the leopard pie counter, Greek plates, Indonesian mie goreng, garlic-honey-parmesan chicken strips, vegan loaded fries — which solves the usual standoff over where to eat with children. You order at each stall, take a buzzer, and sit at shared tables in the big industrial room. There's a small arcade with air hockey and racing games, a pool table and a photo booth, so children have somewhere to go while you finish. High chairs and a kids' menu are there, buggies get through easily, and parking is free. Worth knowing: it's card only, food can take half an hour at busy times, weekends get loud, and there's more seating and food upstairs that isn't well signposted. Mains sit around £12–15.
