MADE to be MUM
A genuinely welcoming Liverpool café with a potion-kitchen garden, weaning plates, toys for babies and iced coffee parents rave about.

Pub · Liverpool
A proper local Liverpool pub, and one that's set up for families without making a fuss about it — kids' menu, high chairs, buggy access through the door and free parking, so the whole arrival palaver is easier than most. Staff ask about allergies when you order at the till, which parents with an allergy kid will appreciate more than any amount of decor. Food comes out piping hot and the hunter's chicken gets particular praise; there's outdoor seating for when everyone needs air. Bar staff are friendly and quick to sort a booking mix-up. One honest note: it's not consistent — some visitors have found steaks tough, chips cold and items off the menu at £17 a main, so stick to the simpler pub plates. One parent found the team warm with children "but wasn't interfering".

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
