Service is usually fast and the staff friendly, and the eat-in benches are kept clean and tidy. The chips get the loudest praise — crisp, generous portions — along with the filling chicken burgers. Two honest snags: at peak lunchtime the queue can run 20 minutes with only a handful of staff on, and seating in is sometimes closed then, so it's takeaway only. Go slightly off-peak with children.
