Bosco Pizzeria
Striking Italian room with roomy back booths, high chairs and a kids' menu — great burrata, but the music is loud and service uneven.

Colourful, street-style and properly lively — hand-painted murals, upside-down umbrellas overhead, Bollywood soundtrack — which is handy when your toddler is the loudest thing at the table, because here they won't be. Buggy access, high chairs and a kids' menu are all sorted, and there's outdoor seating if you'd rather spread out. The staff strike a nice balance: attentive enough to bring water and suggest dishes, but happy to let you eat slowly. Small plates are the parent-friendly move — chaat bombs and pani puri get raved about, the thali is enormous, and the lamb curry gets described as falling apart. Plenty for vegetarians and vegans, a QR allergen menu, and a breakfast menu with dosa until 1pm. Food can be slow to arrive at busy times, so order poppadoms straight away.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
