McKees Farm Shop
A popular Newtownards farm shop with a 4.6 rating from over 1,500 reviews and a relaxed, family-friendly feel.

Restaurants · Belfast
A restored barn on the edge of Belfast, this one trades on light and space — big windows, elegant tables, and enough room between them that a pram isn't an obstacle course and you're not sharing your toddler's meltdown with the next table. Free parking makes the arrival easy, there are high chairs and a kids' menu, and outdoor seating for when someone needs air. The staff are chatty and happy to talk you through dishes; one family had a small birthday cake sent out for their son at the end of the meal. The hummus starter, roast beef salad and panna cotta with mango draw the loudest praise. Worth knowing: it's a proper grown-up menu at grown-up prices, some find the small plates over-seasoned, and desserts and coffee can be hit and miss.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
