Tucked inside the Conwy Culture Centre, this is one of those rare spots where everything sits on a single flat level — inside and out — so a pram rolls straight in without a fight, and there's a well-equipped accessible loo alongside toilets people describe as clean, spacious and modern. Big glass windows look out over the castle walls, and the outside tables face a quiet road rather than traffic. Food comes out fast even when it's busy, which matters when someone's unravelling, and portions are enormous — the kids' meals especially. Vegans do genuinely well here: mushroom soup made with oat milk, cauliflower cheese on a baked potato. The breakfast and coffee get the loudest praise. Dogs are welcome too, with dog beds and their own menu. Free parking, reasonable prices, and wasps can be a nuisance outside in summer.
