Toby Carvery Brockworth
A relaxed Gloucester carvery with a kids' menu and outdoor seating — easy, affordable roast dinners the whole family can enjoy.

Cafés · Gloucester
A no-frills spot in Brockworth that families keep coming back to, mainly for breakfast — the baps and chips get raved about, the full English is genuinely enormous, and the coffee is better than a café this size has any right to serve, sometimes with a design drawn into the latte. Everything's freshly cooked and, as one parent puts it, "well cooked and not greasy". The place is clean, the staff are warm with children without making a fuss of it, and there are fish in a tank that little ones are sometimes allowed to feed. High chairs, a kids' menu, buggy access, outdoor seating and free parking are all sorted. It's a touch pricier than you'd expect for the area, though portions make up for it, and it's a small café — busy weekend mornings fill it quickly.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
