A proper stop-off in Beddgelert with more room than you'd expect — the interior is spacious and clean, there's a small courtyard out front, and a big seating area at the back down by the river, which is where most families end up on a decent day. Plenty of space for a pram, a kids' menu and high chairs, and vegan options are clearly labelled. Breakfast is the standout: the Welsh breakfast and the tuna melt both get raved about, and the bara brith and scones with jam and cream have a real following, though one visitor found the bara brith too fruity for their taste. Free Wi-Fi helps when there's no phone signal in the village. Two snags: service can be slow at busy times, and hot drinks come in takeaway cups.
