Hippie Flower Café
Chilled Bedminster café with an open frontage, outdoor tables, a standout vegan breakfast and staff who are easy with children.

Cafés · Bristol
A small Bristol soft play that's clearly been thought through — compact enough that you can see your toddler from your table, and never so packed that the size becomes a problem. The play space is safe and well looked after, with room upstairs for parents and grandparents to sit and chat while the children get on with it. Food is the surprise: waffles and pancakes people rave about, sublime ice cream and coffee, and some of the better bubble tea in the city. The kids' menu is sensible, though the fries carry a little spice and the sweeter things are very sweet. Not a huge menu, but what's there tastes good. Service can be hit and miss depending on the day, and the baby change is genuinely tiny. Free parking, and they'll let you bring your own birthday cake.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
