Bright, airy and spacious with buggy access and high chairs, plus free parking (though holiday weeks fill it — there are overflow car parks if you hunt). Food is a step above café standard: huge well-filled sandwiches with sides, red pepper soup, pancakes at breakfast, and a kids' lunch box that arrives with a homemade chocolate mousse. Coeliac options too, and dogs welcome. It's pricey, and at half term it heaves — long queues, slow service. Go early if you want cake; one family found most had gone by 3:15.
