Restaurant · Coventry
A little Coventry brunch spot that locals clearly treat as their own — the owner is often out front chatting, and the welcome starts before you're through the door, which helps when you're arriving with a pram and a hungry toddler. Buggy access, high chairs and a kids' menu are all sorted, and there's plenty of seating inside plus tables out front, so you're not squeezing past anyone. Food comes out fast and freshly made: the Lebanese breakfast and Egyptian foul get the loudest praise, portions are generous, the bagels have a proper following, and coffee arrives with a Biscoff on the side. Vegan options too, and prices are gentle. It's busy for a reason, so come early for the pastries — and ask if halal matters to you, as not everything on the menu is.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
