Mexican · Woking
Counter service, not table service — you order at the till, which honestly suits families, because the food lands fast and nobody's waiting for a waiter while a toddler unravels. It's a simple, small family-run place with a few Mexican groceries on the shelves, high chairs, buggy access and seats outside if you'd rather spread out. Portions are big and prices low: the double beef burrito defeats most adults, the pork is the one regulars come back for, and the salsa is made fresh. There's a kids' menu, and the team are unfailingly warm with children — one parent calls the staff "so sweet and welcoming". Two caveats: the £3.50 side of chips is a small handful, so skip it, and it's a compact room that fills at lunchtime. Margaritas for the grown-ups.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
