Tucked into a small Bristol shopfront, this is the kind of bakery where children press their faces to the window at the display — and honestly, so do the grown-ups. Seating is limited and it's properly cosy, so if you've got a buggy it's worth coming off-peak or planning to take your haul away; there is buggy access and high chairs, plus a kids' menu. The staff are unfailingly warm and patient, and there's real generosity here — one family with a mishap over a cake was sent home with a plateful of biscuits and a bag. Cakes are the draw: chocolate Guinness, lemon and pistachio, cinnamon buns, Jammie Dodger blondies, and vegan bakes that dairy-free families rave about. Sausage rolls are excellent too. Slices run around £6.50 and nearby parking is £4 an hour, so it's a treat rather than a routine stop.
